Capital Urology runs billing through a third party company PRS. Payments can be made over the phone by calling Capital Urology. If insurance has not paid for your visit within 90 days, you are liable for any charges resulting from that visit
Capital Urology strives to provide the best care for each and every patient. To help ensure we can do this in an efficient manner, we require a notice at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to make it and need to cancel or reschedule. If you do not provide this type of advanced notice there may be a charge for a missed appointment.
Capital Urology requires all Co-Pays and Co-Shares to be paid at the time of service. These charges vary between different insurance plans. Capital Urology recommends that you check your in-network benefits by phoning your insurance carrier.
Capital Urology aims to maintain the integrity and privacy of all medical records kept within the practice. All requests require the patient sign a release form. In general, medical record requests take 5 to 7 business days to complete. There is a charge for this service.
